By accessing or using MedRestock ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including clinic owners, managers, and staff members.

2. Description of Service

MedRestock is a cloud-based inventory management platform designed for medical practices. The Service allows you to track supplies, manage purchase orders, collaborate with team members, and monitor inventory levels across multiple locations.

3. Account Registration

To use MedRestock, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MedRestock only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into MedRestock, including inventory records, supplier information, and purchase orders. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Subscription and Billing

MedRestock offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

MedRestock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of MedRestock after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
