Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you (the practice or person creating an account) and Aesthetics Dynasty LLC, doing business as MedRestock, Orlando, Florida. They are written to be understood. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

MedRestock is web-based inventory management for medical practices: stock tracking, lot and expiration tracking, alerts, purchase orders, barcode scanning, shared station sign-in, and on clinical plans, dose logging and reconstitution tracking. We may add, change, or retire features. We will not remove a core capability from a paid plan mid-term without notice.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in methods secure. Owners control who is on their team, each member's role, and which locations they can see. Station devices are shared logins that require a personal PIN to act; you are responsible for who has physical access to a station. You are responsible for all activity under your organization's accounts.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

Plans and prices are shown at medrestock.com/billing and inside the product. New accounts start a 14-day free trial; a payment method is not required to trial. If you add a payment method during a trial, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can change plans freely during the trial. At the end of the trial your account is billed for the plan then selected unless you have cancelled, in which case the account becomes read-only: your data remains visible and exportable, and writing resumes when you subscribe.

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated charges or credits. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no further charges are made. Fees are non-refundable except that we will refund a charge made in error, and we consider other refund requests in good faith. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; a change never applies mid-term to a period you have already paid for.

4. Your data

Everything you enter is yours. We claim no ownership of your inventory, supplier, or operational data. We use it only to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time. When your account is deleted we remove it within 30 days, subject to legal retention. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for maintaining your own backups of anything critical.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and for its purpose. Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, probe or overload the service, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to store content you have no right to store. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.

6. Health information and clinical use

MedRestock is inventory software, not a medical record and not clinical decision support. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or advise treatment. Reconstitution windows, expiration handling, and dose attribution reflect the settings and entries your practice makes; your medical director's policies and manufacturer labeling govern clinical decisions. We are not a HIPAA business associate for ordinary use of the product; contact us before entering protected health information if your practice requires a Business Associate Agreement.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced when practical. Support is by email at support@medrestock.com; Professional and above receive priority response. Read access is preserved even when payment lapses so your operations are never locked out of their own records.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for clinical, regulatory, or inventory outcomes that depend on entries your team made or failed to make. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach after notice and a reasonable chance to cure, or immediately if the breach threatens the service or others. On termination, your data remains exportable for 30 days.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and both parties consent to that venue. Before filing, each side agrees to try to resolve the matter by writing to the other and allowing 30 days for a good-faith response.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new date and emailed to account owners at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Questions: support@medrestock.com. Aesthetics Dynasty LLC (MedRestock), Orlando, Florida.
