Orders written before the shift runs short

The weekend crew found two IV bags at 11pm and nobody could place an order until Monday.

Each product carries an alert level. The app writes the draft orders from what is low, grouped by distributor, and the charge nurse approves and sends them from the app, nothing retyped. Items with no supplier are named on the page so the gap closes, not hides.

Who took it, which room, what time

The vaccine fridge count is off and the last three shifts each say it was fine when they left.

Every deduction, receipt and edit is a line with a name and a timestamp. Filter by date, search by product or lot, export the CSV for the state inspector. On products you flag, a dose can carry patient and provider initials.
